"The Station House unit was very nice. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient location one block from the main street of Jacksonville downtown area. While it wasn't an issue during our stay, renters should know that the property is next door to the fire station and there is only one designated parking place for the unit."

"Just as tidy and picturesque in person as the photos suggest... a delightful cottage feel to the accomodation itself. For my purposes, the location was perfect... easy walking access to most anything in town, while just far enough off the main street to be peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Perfectly serviceable kitchen, which I did not make too much use of given all the good restaurants nearby, but if you are going to cook in, it's well outfitted. I stayed one week and considered the price to represent a good value. Would stay again."

"I was in town for the true crime summit, I was right next to the cute downtown. Great little town! The cottage was true to the description, centrally located, perfect for 1 person. I had everything I needed. Public cars are parked right outside your door but it was still quiet (I was surprised). Bed was a little uncomfortable, like a futon mattress. I slept okay but missed my bed. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you."

"We love the space. We have gone many times there. So close to everything. Two issues…tried to get in after 4:00 and door would not open. Thankfully a lady came by, whom I guess cleans the room, and opened it for us using her computer device. Also we stayed two nites and there was only one coffee packet. Others than that…the stay was perfect …as usual."
