"This was an excellent stay for the three of us. We visited Zion National Park and this was an easy, close drive from the park. Lindsay was a great host who thought of everything and was incredibly easy to communicate with. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean, access was easy, and the features and amenities were great with extra personalized touches that made us feel very welcome especially after a day of hiking. Everything was well thought out and organized even down to the soaps. The neighborhood was new, quiet, and safe. Checking out was also easy and we were able to pack our bags and leave without having to do a laundry list of chores. I wish we could have stayed longer and would absolutely return if I am in the area."

"The house has potential but fell short of expectations.The listing advertised a “large heated pool” with “no hidden fees,” but the pool was small, dirty, and had a low water level upon arrival.After a wind storm, it became unusable and took two days to be cleaned and refilled. Once cleaned, we asked about heating since the pool only gets a few hours of sun and stayed in the mid-60s.We were then told heating was an additional 50/day, which contradicted the listing.Communication from the host was inconsistent, and despite repeated assurances that maintenance was coming, the pool was never heated during our stay.We booked this home largely for the pool since our kids spend most of their time swimming when we’re back from ATVing and golfing, but they were barely able to use it because it was too cold.There were also several maintenance issues on arrival: the ice maker, fridge water dispenser, and main oven didn’t work, along with other items around the house.We ended up replacing batteries ourselves to get things functioning.The grill was also far too small for a house of this size, which made the oven issue even more frustrating.When renting a home, the expectation is that it matches the listing and everything works properly.Unfortunately, that was not our experience.We stay in rentals often; this is the first negative review we’ve had to leave.The house is very spacious and has great games for the kids. With better management and advertising the house could be great."

"This place was literally a little slice of heaven right here on earth. Everything was immaculate. My only complaint was I wish I could’ve stayed longer. LolThe pool was superb. The hot tub was excellent. The stay was everything I wanted and so much more. When I have the opportunity to come back here. I would stay here again. That’s how much I loved it."

"The house was amazing and centrally located for the golf courses we played. The accommodations couldn't have been better. Our downtime was spent poolside and was perfect for our party of 10. I highly recommend this home for large parties."

Massive Backyard with Private Pool and Spa

"The inside of the house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to cook. As for the backyard that was a different story. Where to start…the backyard was messy. We had to pick up toys and turned over chairs. The hot tub was dirty and the jets/bubbles didn’t work because of a God awful noise that came out of the equipment. We called the property management team. They said we could still use the hot tub but not the bubbles. The propane grill didn’t work and it was filthy. They did send someone out to fix it but he couldn’t. We had brought a lot of food to grill. They say they service the pool and hot tub before it is rented out. Didn’t seem like it. When we removed the cover on the pool there was a dead bird in the water. They must not have checked to see if the jets were working on the hot tub because if they did they would have heard the horrible noise. We also had to clean the patio table that was covered with dirt. The picture of the backyard shows beautiful green grass. It is nothing but weeds. They could have at least mowed it. We rented the house because of the backyard. Huge disappointment. The guy who came out to fix the grill said the sprinklers broke and they haven’t been fixed."
