"We were 24 friends celebrating life! We fell in love with the place and the hosts! Amedeo & Rosanna are the best! They were always available for anything we needed which is was not too much to be honest. They also have amazingly friendly staff to help. We had lots of fun, enjoyed the pool and hanging out. The property is a lot bigger than expected and feels so peaceful. Also, it is located within a 10 minute drive to a beautiful little town that has everything you need, from supermarkets to great bars and restaurants. The town also has a train station that can connect you to bigger cities such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre, etc. This was a vacation we will not forget and I recommend this place to everybody!"

"We only got to stay for 1 night and it rained so unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool or explore the property to its full potential. Even with that said it was one of our favorite nights of a 12 week Italy roadtrip. The owner was great - even though the restaurant on property was meant to be closed, he opened it just for us and cooked us the most incredible meal. We loved it so much we bought the seasoning as a souvenir. The renovated farm was charming and we would love to return someday. "

"Good value for a stay in the mountains! The staff is very friendly. Even though only 2 out of 3 nights were booked in a Classic room, they upgraded us to a Superior room - which unfortunately is still a bit small. However, the view of the mountains, and fantastic breakfast (beautiful restaurant in separate building up the hill) makes up for it! We wanted to have dinner there, but restaurant was unfortunately closed for dinner over the weekend. On last night, a big bus load of teenage students checked-in that was very noisy until about midnight. But I more so blame it on the teachers/supervisors who should have been better at controlling the kids. Oh well ..."

"We greatly enjoyed our time at this house close to Castelnuovo di Garfagnana The view from the house and the pool is absolutely amazing. The house is spacious and beautifully remodeled. It is well equipped and had everything we needed. We went for day trips to Lucca, Pisa and Isola Santa Lake. Returning back to the house in the afternoon to relax at the pool and enjoying the view felt like special treat. Hope we can return one day."

"Stunning property with beautiful views. Very quiet area! House was very clean and the garden was beautiful . We did not have a car , but Diego helped us communicate with the local taxi service. Taxi took us into the town of Barga when we needed and picked us up ! Diego was also very quick to respond and willing to help out with anything we needed . Great experience. Thank you !"

"This villa, location, and host are all SUBLIME. Simonetta is kind, accommodating, and in constant contact for any of your needs. Their home is beautiful, it is clean, and the amenities are over the top. Upon arriving, there were pastries for us to enjoy. Over the next week, we were given the opportunity to sample local products, even some that they made themselves. We had coffee available to us every morning too. The rooms and space was exactly as described. The pictures of the property do not do it justice. This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been on vacation. There were 10 of us for the stay and everyone had everything they wanted and needed. There are grocery stores and pharmacies nearby. It is a quiet area with zero tourists. The local restaurants were delicious and fresh. The owners did a great job of making us aware of locally sourced restaurants too! I would highly recommend the chef service offered at the house. The menu is impeccable and the chef is so kind and accommodating. We did dinner two nights at the house and it was definitely a highlight. Everything is paired nicely with wine too! The property is about 4 hours from Milan, 2+ from Florence, and other locations. I would stay at this place over and over again. I hope we can get back soon. Thank you to the owners, the property managers, the chef, and everyone who made our stay a dream."

"We stayed here for one week , from September 9th-16th. When we arrived the owner greeted us, as we were slightly early. He was extremely helpful and the property/views were truly amazing. We could not fault our stay at this property, the weather also helped as it was sunny and warm everyday. Well worth a visit. Locally there are restaurants with amazing food, the owner has a list of recommendations. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant Il Pozzo in one of the local towns"
