“If you plan on staying at this property, my best advice to you is don’t. This was the worst check-in possible, this was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life, and I stay at a lot of hotels… And this is the absolute worst. There’s a reason for the price, learn from my mistake and don’t stay here.”

“Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. ”
