"The room was not clean. The property itself wasn’t clean unless you were in the lobby. The lobby was deceiving because it was so clean and nice looking and the rest absolutely was not. The room had stains on the carpet and bedding, it all smelled like mildew, and all tables & the microwave in the room had a weird residue like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The whole place also just didn’t feel safe. "

"Elevator sounded like it was going to break, our in room bathroom had poop streaks in it, then the next morning when we went out to our car someone was breaking into the vehicle two cars down from us. When we tried to report it to the front desk the person we were talking to didn’t recall anything properly so we called law enforcement and made the report. All after having to pay to park on top of it. Seems a little ridiculous "

"Was in town for a small trip with my kids to the zoo and museums. It was good for what I needed it for. Could use updated, but it was clean and the breakfast had a variety to choose from. "

"Beds were comfortable. But the general upkeep of room was undesirable. Flaking paint, badly chipped bathtub floor, and toilet paper holder was missing. "

"Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was above the usual standard for chain hotels, and the coffee was very good. I would stay here again for sure."
