"Disappointing that the dry sauna was not working, but the pool and hotbtub were nice. There was a very attentive and helpful male lifeguard who made sure me and my children were safe in the pool, as they are not able to swim. Was reassuring to see him watching closely for their safety. "

"Lots of items to select for breakfast. Central to everything you could want to see in Montreal. Oftentimes, sirens from emergency vehicles were heard at all hours."

"No parking on-site other than valet parking (& not really any safe overnight public lots around so you are stuck with valet @ $40/night which is crazy). No elevator and tons of stairs so if you have accessibility needs or a stroller this is a really tough hotel. Nice room but nothing special, and clean (but old) property and delicious continental breakfast. We did not use the exercise room so can’t comment on that. No microwave in our room which was a huge bummer as we wanted to reheat leftovers! The staff were nice overall though our first impression was negative as the girl was unfriendly. "

"A very nice stay. Hotel in a great location 4 minutes walk from Eaton Centre. About 15-20 min walk to Old Montreal. There’s a grocery store (IGA) a 10 minute walk away. Only complaints are that no spatula in the kitchen and the sheets were pilling on both beds which is not comfortable "

"The beds and cushions are by far the best I've ever experienced in a hotel! The service was spectacular; my son forgot his toothbrush and the front desk provided one complimentary! I love the in-room coffee maker, which uses rainforest alliance coffee and compostable coffee pods, the bathroom products are very thoughtful, there was an EV charger for my car; everything about this hotel is fantastic!"
