Located on a quiet and safe area, accredited by Tourisme Québec, view and access to the St. Lawrence River. This property renovated with the comfort of today and its period charm. One bedroom with queen bed on the first floor with kitchen and dining room with open-plan lounge and a bathroom with bath / shower and washing machine and dryer. Upstairs 4 further bedrooms, 2 double beds, one queen and 4 single beds and a trundle and another bathroom with shower and 2 vanities. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher and microwave. patio area with table for dining outside in the summer, if you feel like it. Wifi, parking, linen and towels, flat screen tv, dvd player, radio, heated saltwater inground pool, view and access to the river, play area with trampoline, campfire area, propane BBQ (provided). Nearby restaurant and bakery in summer, grocery store with SAQ, antique dealers, producers, market gardeners, vinegar factory, art shops, church, café, dairy bar, museum.

Summer vacation
We had a wonderful experience with France and he beautiful property! France was available with anything that we needed help with. Property was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. House had everything that you could possibly need! We enjoyed it very much and would definitely love to come back

Great place to chill with an extended family
We stayed here as a party of 9, including a 2-year-old, 5-year-old, teens, parents and grandma. It was a great house to hang out in and we really appreciated having the saltwater pool and kiddie playground (both shared with a small community of houses) for the little ones. We walked into the charming town of St-Jean several times and did excursions into Quebec City twice and over to the waterfall once. France was on-property every day if we ever had questions or requests, and that was really appreciated. She also answered WhatsApp texts immediately. We ate outside at the giant table for most every meal and really enjoyed that; our only note would be that the front sliding-glass door could use a screen door in the summer. We inadvertently let flies inside during our many back-and-forths between the outdoor table and the kitchen. The two bathrooms are big, at least as far as we're concerned (we live in New York City!). The washer/dryer and dishwasher all worked well and the five bedrooms were comfortable. The restaurant across the street has great food and hint, if you need really fast WiFi, they've got it over there! The WiFi in the house is decent but we had a lot of devices between the 9 of us! All in all, it's a pretty ideal location, especially if you are a big group of mixed ages visiting the area.

The house was quaint and large enough to meet our needs of 6 adults, 2 teenagers, and two children.
Lovely place and centrally located on the Isle d'Orleans. France is a joy to talk to and she ensured all our needs were met. She even let us borrow a woman's bathing suit for one of our daughter-in-laws! We would recommend this place for a large group.

Cozy & Wonderful Real Local Ambiance
France was prompt with communication and response to questions. House was clean, and each room had its own character. Hard to find if you arrive after dark so I suggest you try to arrive in the daylight. Highly recommend.

Wonderful
We really enjoyed our stay! The house has very comfortable and well equpped. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. Each bed was great and the rooms were nicely decorated. The location was great-with the Resto de plage across the street and near the center of charming St.Jean. The owner, France, was very helpful and got back to us right away whenever we had questions. Highly recommend this property.

Tranquility on Isle d'Orleans
Great location, great host(s), wonderful house for 3 adult couples. Quiet, peaceful, and restful location on the shores of The St. Lawrence River. All three couples on this trip would return for a longer stay next time.
