The suite was clean. Check in was clear. A few updates (toilet and shower, vanity) would make the property excellent as would a few repairs - baseboard and crown mouldings.

Very beautiful property, but a little run-down. The room itself was very small, but loved having the private balcony. Overall, would recommend for a quick weekend trip to the City, but not for a long stay.

Easy check-in process and access to the room. Close to central tourism are of Old Québec City fortifications, shops, restaurants. We have not seen any staff, yet everything went fine. This heritage building could use some renovations, bathroom bath laminate layers was chipped, seal was missing and wet corner brimming with minuscule bugs, ceiling finish is leaking off and crown moulding parts are missing. Overall though the rest is clean and comfortable. Room layout was interesting, never seen this before, two beds facing across the room, sink, counter and mirror in the center of the corridor facing wall with separate room for toilet and bath shower.

This is not a 4 star hotel, but if you're ok with no amenities and a clean bed, this is a great place. We had a superior room so plenty of space, the building is very old so don't expect a modern interior. We'd stay here again if were ever coming back, 5 star location.
