I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel was disappointing enough to warrant one.
From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The room felt unclean, and the coffee machine was covered in dust and barely functional. To make matters worse, there was no kettle available, and one of the cups still had visible lipstick stains on it—absolutely unacceptable.
The balcony door had a mosquito screen, but it was glued shut due to holes in the mesh, making it nearly impossible to open. That defeated the purpose of even having a balcony.
As for breakfast, it was extremely poor. The options consisted of dry bread, basic cereals, a small selection of jam, and one type of cheese that was so hard it couldn’t be spread on a bagel. It felt more like a last-minute setup than a hotel breakfast.
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I would not recommend staying here.
