Bathroom and shower were not clean. Pubic hair in shower, white, unknown substance on taps. No amenities. No kettle, no tea, no microwave. No staff to bring clean cups, glasses. I asked for clean towels, shower mat, glass, cup. Got them 5 days later and they gave me an already used tea cup with tea dripped down the side of the cup. Room was supposed to come with breakfast included, but the restaurant that was to provide the breakfast, was closed most of the days I was staying, so no breakfast most days. Very poor!!!

Au sujets de la propreté ça laisse à désirer, poils dans la douche et lavabo, poussière sur la machine à café, le tapis ça fait longtemps qu’ils a pas reçu un coup de balayeuse, pour ce qui est du personnel personne ont dois appeler pour faire le Check-in. Le déjeuner était au resto Sagami c’était bon et Excellent service!!

La chambre est confortable, le personnel est courtois et nous avons adoré le déjeuner. Un emplacement géniale pour les activités au centre-ville. Cependant le bémol est la propreté des lieux cela mérite amélioration.

We were advised on arrival that our included breakfast would not be available the first morning, this was very inconvenient. The stairway between the second and fourth floors had no lighting and was therefore very dangerous to navigate. The room was very cold on arrival, the heater was not working despite the clerks attempt to repair. The tv was not as described and did not work despite the clerks attempt to repair. We were eventually moved to another room which was adequate. The lamp in the room did not have a shade. There was no concierge services provided. I had to rely on my travel friends to contact the hotel emergency number to replenish my toilet pepper, Only two coffee pods were provided for two people for 3 nights stay. The coffee cups were too small for the liquid dispensed out of the coffee maker and therefore overflowed and made a mess. The bathroom door consistently jammed at the top right corner making the door very difficult to open for my travelling companion. The bed duvet was of very inferior quality, the down had settled into the 4 corners. The Kleenex box provided only had two tissues in it.The outer door of the hotel was not cleared of snow which made exiting very slippery and dangerous. I was very unsatisfied with our stay.

The lighting in the stairwell to the fourth floor wasn’t working making navigating the stairs quite dangerous in the dark. The staff was advised of this one the first night, it was not fixed after we checked out on fourth day. The pillows were horribley flat. The coffee cups were too small and overflowed on coffeemaker; very thin walls, lots of noise from adjacent room. Had to call the “emergency” number to replenish toilet paper; the concept of no front desk leaves guests to fend for themselves. No coffee pod replenishments. Constant high pitched humming coming from somewhere, Loose pieces of furniture, lamps, construction materials in the hallway elcove. The heat and tv did not work in my travel companions room did not work but we did manage to get them moved to another room!
The stairwell was very dark, this picture doesn’t capture the reality of it. It was very dangerous to navigate at nigjty
