"The front desk staff was very helpful with arranging an early morning taxi and wake up call! This was a quick overnight stay to take an early flight out of Quebec. It was perfect for our needs. Some fast food restaurants nearby as well as a few restaurants within walking distance as well. Would recommend "

"Chateau Frontenac is a venerable and iconic lodge that isn’t resting on its laurels. Despite being 150 years old, the service and staff and accommodations are still at the top of their game. My only complaint, and it’s a thin one, is that I understood there was a spa with a dry sauna and a wet sauna. Only the men’s locker room has both. The women’s just has a wet sauna but it was broken. Boo hiss. For a world class hotel, arguably one of the best in North America, this is unacceptable. We went to Strøm Spa instead and spent a wonderful day (and a not insignificant amount of money) enjoying the thermal spa facilities. "

"Easy walking distance to old Quebec City. The pool was being painted on the 2nd day I arrived so I could only use it the one day. The pool was nicely heated so even though it was cool day it was beautiful. "
