Staff were very nice and helpful during the check in process. Room had a microwave which was a bonus cause not many have them anymore. Did find a couple hairs on counter in bathroom and on a couple towels but there were plenty of other towels for me to use

The room was cleam but a downfall is tgat ut is bate fkiirs with no entry mat or rug.we arri ed in winter with wet muddy boots snd the floor was quickly muddied, wet and dirty.
