“Have been using Redlands for over 20 years - even celebrated milestone family events at the hotel. Never again - it is in a very poor state of disrepair with many things broken and staff have an apathetic attitude towards customer service. Dont believe the manager when she says the air conditioners are being fixed - we were told the same thing nearly a year ago and still broken. We chose to give Redlands another chance because of the convenience of its location - rather be inconvenienced and……

“We were there to book in at 14:00 when we could book in, our room was not ready! It was not cleaned yet and we had to get ready for a wedding!! We had to wait till 14:50 till they were done cleaning and had to be atvthe wedsing T 16:00. We had to do our make up outside in the heat and was sweating because they were busy and we could not so it in the room with the aircon on. I had to rush doing my and my daughters hair. We were not impressed at all!”

“The stay was ok as the location was convenient for the function I was attending. I had to pay extra for breakfast which I dont recall from the booking. The carpets were were shabby as was the 2 seater couch. The bed linen was clean! I was given a family unit. The space was awkward to move around due to the sleeper couch and 2 seater couch.”
