"Staff were very friendly and easy to talk to,place was very clean and well kept there was a few things with the room and the balcony had a lot of cigarettes I’m guessing they didn’t clean it but they need to there could of been kids their other than that I think the place was so beautiful and neat was very nice and would stay there again 9/10"

"Make sure you never stay on the 3rd floor-since you will be woken up at about 7AM by things be dragged across the floor for about 2-3 hour long above you. This is where they serve breakfast and for some reason this are being dragged very loudly above. you."

"Mildew smell, threadbare sheets, stained curtains and comforters, springy beds, flickering lights, loud music until 4 am Nextdoor. Went here for spring break and would have had a great time if we had just picked another place to stay, they miscellaneously charged my friends card for a huge sum of money and thought they could get away without us noticing and then didn’t take any accountability for their mistakes. Pool and hot tubs and tennis courts are nice enough and the beach isn’t too crowded. Staff is unenthusiastic and unhelpful and the security deposit was as much as the room. Do not stay here. "

"Very odd check in; starts at 4PM but office closes at 4PM. Wrist bands required; I kept mine in my pocket and was told I had to wear it at all times. I was waiting for the guard to come knock on my door to make sure I was wearing while sleeping! Kitchen supplies adequate, nothing special. Ceiling was dripping and made tile floor wet. Annoying, at the least, and could be dangerous. Good view from terrace. Air conditioning seemed to be either on or off, controls didn't work. Good location for birding, and getting off the island. Very noisy at 2AM and sometimes 6AM. With all the security you would think they could keep the noise down. "

" We liked the location. Easy access to the beach and Isla Bianca Park, which we walked every day. We also loved being able to walk to Mahi Nicks. I assumed there was laundry and a dish washer in the unit, there wasn’t. There was laundry facilities one floor down that was reasonably priced. The condo was clean but needed some updating. Some small details such as some small appliances not being usable affected our experience. "
