"Centrally located. Directly across from Waikiki beach. Plenty to eat and shop around the hotel. Easy access to tour bus transportation in back of hotel. Has trip planning activities concierge. Nice smelling shampoo of mango scent. Shower pressure good and has hand held shower to clean difficult areas. Has beach towel to offer guest at vending machines. Very convenient hotel and clean."

"My friend and I had reservations through a timeshare and were very disappointed so we found a room at the outrigger on line. We arrived at 9 pm and were greeted by Robert. He was very kind and we were able to upgrade to a Diamond Head suite. We were ecstatic with our room, set-up, views and location. This hotel has everything. Great restaurants, catamarans, beach activities desk, and an amazing beach. The staff there was all amazing. The only thing missing was an outdoor poolside jacuzzi/spa. Thank you outrigger for saving our trip!! "

"The people working at Hyatt Place are very friendly, accomodating,, ready to assist and always have smile on their faces. Although hotel was not beach front, it’s very walkable (a short walk of maybe 3 mins or less). We enjoyed Waikiki Hyatt Place, clean and comfortable, your’re people are superb, will definitely stay here again"
