“Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. ”

“I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. “Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. "The hotel has recently been refurbished but still has the ‘old’ side which you can select the room for stay if you are interested in this historic experience. Those rooms will be available for cheaper prices as well. I chose to stay at the ‘newer’ side for my accommodation this time as they are usually more comfortable for a good night sleep. I was correct and the room looks amazing and spacious too! What a wonderful refurbishment with great designs. Staff were also very helpful and friendly with the hospitality service. Their breakfast or dining area seems lovely although I took it outside instead as there’s so much to do and eat outside the hotel as well. I would loved to stay here once again if I come round for a visit once again. "
