「We enjoyed our 4 night stay at The Lodge. The ocean view and sunrises were awesome. The house was comfortable and had lots of room to hang out when we were not out checking out all the nearby attractions. Could maybe use a few more plates and cutlery along with dish towels which we could not find. All around a good first Vrbo experience. 」

From the cottage, we explored Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg, Mahone Bay and vistas along St. Margaret's Bay. Upon arrival, I knew the photos of the cottage looked great, but I was not prepared for how perfect the cottage was for the two of us - it was tastefully decorated, spotless, comfortable, and included thoughtful touches like hand-written notes about the area...

We felt very taken care of and they even returned forgotten items to us after we'd left. Room was very clean and there was lots to do to fill the time. 「This was an excellent place to stay to discover much of NS. Day trips are very doable to Halifax, Lunenburg, Peggy's Cove, Mahone Bay, and, although a little further, wine country in Wolfville. Chester and Hubbards are a little closer and offer a number of excellent shops and restaurants. Returning to number 7 is like coming home to relaxing luxury with an outstanding view.
