cation, terrible beds!
Great location for lots of activities, but the beds were very old and saggy. I got a stiff neck from sleeping in the bed! Made it hard to enjoy my stay.

very poor service
repeatedly tried to contact host for a variety of reasons but they never answered the phone, called us back, or responded to emails. Coffee machine and toaster were broken and still no response. Even check in information was only sent just hours before the time we asked for an early check in. Very poor service. The apartment itself was beautiful and great location.

Hi. I am certain I responded to your email about the coffee machine. I advised that the machine takes nespresso capsules and not powder. I did not receive message about the toaster. I suspect my email went into your junk box. We've tested both the coffee machine and toaster and did not find a problem. I suspect it might be a user issue.

Cozy walkup apartment close to fergburger!
Rubbish bin at the garage is full. Apart from that the basic essentials were available. It’s a walk up apartment...Carrying the luggage as up the stairs would be tough for groups without strong people. It’s walkable to town yet not in the noisy part of town. A cosy place to stay.

Thanks for your feedback. We have a number of rubbish bins on the ground level. Some are full, some are less full. Guests are welcome to use any of these. If guests require any assistance with luggage, we are most happy to assist when we can. Please contact us.

Layout of the unit was efficient, good size, well appointed/equipped. Great location, convenient walking to centre of Queenstown and close to supermarkets

很像住在家裡
房間很溫馨 但是門口在二樓 扛行李上去很辛苦 有洗衣烘衣機 但是烘衣機沒什麼用 烘了很久還是濕的

Thanks for the kind review. Most homes in Queenstown are multi-storied to take advantage of the amazing views. Our washer and dryer are 2 years old, mid-tier brands: Electrolux or Fisher & Paykel
