Great location with great view. Nice staff

The staff are really nice and helpful. They waited and gave a great welcome to us as we were arriving late after a long drive from all the way from Christchurch. The location is just 5 mins walk to the town centre with a beautiful view to town and lake. The breakfast is quite good. Wines are provided in the evening for relaxing and meeting other guests. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. Small gifts were given for welcoming our arrival during Easter.

They went above and beyond. They accommodated our late arrival. We were given very specific instructions on how to park and gain access to our room. It all worked perfectly. Our room had a glorious view of the lake and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and they provided a variety of options. Our view from the breakfast room was lovely. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Breakfast staff brightend our morning with her kindness! :) In general, all the staff was very helpful and supportive. Upon our arrival we we're given a quick tour with many helpful information for our stay. The room was clean and spacious with a gorgeous view. Totally recommend.

The best b&b breakfast I have ever had!!! SO good. Really nice and clean room, fantastic location. We had a view of the lake and mountains right from our bed. Very convenient to downtown (bit of an uphill hike), but views were worth)

If I could give them a 12/5 I would!! Absolutely incredible place to stay. We arrived late a few minutes past when there from desk is open however the owner stayed to greet us and welcome us to Queenstown. They gave us a tour of the property and showed us our room. While we were chatting we told him we would be missing breakfast in the morning because we had a trip booked, so he left a beautiful packed breakfast for us outside our room!!! Our room was spacious , clean comfortable bed with amazing views overlooking Queenstown. The owner gave us a few dinner suggestions and a local bottle of New Zealand wine (that’s an Expedia perk!) Our room had a kitchenette with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and some local cookies , all were delicious! Our bathroom was nice and clean, featuring New Zealand toiletries and had bathrobes Our next morning we had breakfast there and it was incredible. When I come back to Queenstown this is the only place I want to stay
