The sound proofing in the rooms is non existent. We heard every sound and every step from adjoining rooms, especially those above. The staff were having a few drinks in the closed bar which was a little annoying when policy says we arent allowed drinks in common areas, even when the bar is closed. Games room was ok but the TV did not work and we tried everything

不滿：住宿狀況
The room was spacious and clean but during the night we had a significant water leak through the ceiling and outside wall leading to dripping water down the windows and onto the nearest bed. As this happened in the middle of the night the reception was closed and no one answered the emergency phone line. We spent the night holding towels up to stop the water. The room amenities were ok, breakfast was pretty basic.
