Eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in den DĂŒnen

Sehr schönes HĂ€uschen in den DĂŒnen von Quend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Quend in Gehweite. Das Haus ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten inklusive Kamin und Grill ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat auf unsere Anfrage auch ein Kinderbett zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Wir hatten hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub am Strand auch bei eher schlechtem Wetter. Gerade das Haus mit Blick in die DĂŒnen trĂ€gt zur Erholung bei. FĂŒr Urlauber aus Deutschland: Die Betten haben eine große Decke (französische Maße) und man muss das Bettzeug selbst mitbringen (Waschmaschine und Trockner ebenfalls im Haus)

Tolle Lage oben auf den DĂŒnen

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig oben auf dem DĂŒnenkamm mit anderen HĂ€usern mit einem tollen Blick in die weitlĂ€ufige DĂŒnenlandschaft und rechts einem Streifen Meer. Das Haus ist sehr gemĂŒtlich mit einem Beachflair eingerichtet und mit allen Alltagsutensilien ausgestattet inkl. einem Elektrogrill. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Zu berĂŒcksichtigen sind die ca. 60 unebenen Stufen zum Haus hoch – aber ein bisschen Sport schadet ja nicht; das Haus ist aufgrund seiner offenen Holz-Bauweise recht hellhörig. Der kilometerlange Strand ist in 5 Minuten, BĂ€cker/ Mini-Market sowie der Kern von Quend sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Christophe fĂŒr die An-/ Abreise, Informationen rund ums Haus war sehr angenehm und hilfreich.

Traumhaftes Haus in wundervoller Lage

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Besonders haben wir die abgeschiedene Lage geschĂ€tzt- absolute Ruhe am Haus, 5 Minuten laufen und man ist im Ort oder am Strand. In Quend selbst war einiges los, davon bekommt man aber erst etwas mit, wenn man die Siedlung verlĂ€sst. Mit 2 Töchtern im Teenager Alter war es sehr von Vorteil, dass es 2 BĂ€der gibt und keine Zimmer mit Hochbetten. Und dass das Internet Tiktok und Netflix gleichzeitig geschafft hat. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns immer wieder zu der Wahl dieses Ferienhauses selbst beglĂŒckwĂŒnscht.

Traumhafte Lage

Tolle Ausstattung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, engagierter Vermieter - und dazu eine fantastische Lage. Wir hatten einen entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt und sind rundum zufrieden. Empfehlung fĂŒr jeden der einigermaßen mobil ist (lĂ€ngere Treppe mit unregelmĂ€ĂŸigen Stufen fĂŒhrt zum Haus).

Un endroit magnifique !

Outre la localisation idéale proche de la plage, la maison offre un cadre calme et reposant avec une vue superbe sur les dunes. La maison est trÚs bien équipée et décorée avec soin. L'ensemble contribue à passer un excellent séjour. Nous pensons déjà à revenir.

Schönes Haus in entspannter Lage.

Vom Haus hat man einen sehr beruhigenden Blick in die DĂŒnenlandschaft mit dem Meer im Hintergrund. Der Strand ist in fĂŒnf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, die allgemeine Austattung ausreichend. Zum Haus fĂŒhrt eine steile Treppe. Ein E-Bike dort hochzutragen ist eine Herausforderung.

Endroit incroyable... le logement est au top, trÚs spacieux et trÚs bien équipé. L'environnement est au top... face à 7km de no-man's land... Vue sur la mer entre deux dunes. Le village de Quend plage... petite station balnéaire inchangée depuis 30 ans... il y fait bon vivre... Tout se fait à pied entre le shelter, la plage, le centre ville...

un endroit magnifique

Un endroit magnifique donc et une trĂšs chouette maison, mais quelques bĂ©mols. Machine Ă  cafĂ© en panne (et je ne fais pas 30 km pour aller en acheter une :)), poignĂ©e de la toilette cassĂ©e...(avec qq un enfermĂ© dedans sinon c'est pas drĂŽle), chasse d'eau qui coule. Rien de bien grave mais vu qu'on m'a demandĂ© 1 euro symbolique pour un verre cassĂ©, je me dis que cela peut ĂȘtre signalĂ©... 100 euros de nettoyage, ce n'est pas rien et pour Ă©viter de les payer, il faudrait se grouiller pour tout nettoyer avant 9h30, sans avoir la certitude que le rĂ©sultat plaira. Autant dire qu'avec des petits enfants, ce n'est pas jouable. Les escaliers (qui devraient ĂȘtre signalĂ©s ailleurs que dans les "Ă©quipements"): avec des petits enfants, c'est galĂšre car ils sont Ă©troits et trĂšs irrĂ©guliers. Une suggestion: installer sur le parking ou au bas des escaliers une rampe pour y attacher des vĂ©los car il n'est pas possible de les monter et de les descendre chaque fois. Autre suggestion: demander Ă  la mairie de prĂ©voir un tri des dĂ©chets facilement accessible? Bonne fin de saison, Bonjour, En rĂ©ponse Ă  votre rĂ©action Ă  propos de mon avis que vous considĂ©rez comme non valide, je vous informe que je n'ai pas envie de modifier mon avis mais cela ne me gĂȘne pas le moins du monde qu'il ne soit pas publiĂ©. Je prĂ©cise toutefois, Ă  votre intention, que je considĂšre que le mĂ©canisme mis en place Ă  propos du nettoyage n'est pas adĂ©quat: il serait beaucoup plus clair de prĂ©voir d'emblĂ©e le prix du nettoyage dans le prix de location. Les modalitĂ©s de l'Ă©tat des lieux de sortie n'Ă©taient pas trop claires non plus, d'autant plus qu'il n'y avait pas eu d'Ă©tat des lieux d'entrĂ©e... Bien Ă  vous,

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in den DĂŒnen

Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Lage mit einem schönen Blick auf eine DĂŒnenlandschaft und das Meer, zum Strand und nach Quend-Plage sind es jeweils nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Auch als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung sehr gut geeignet, z.B. nach Amiens, Calais, Le Touquet, Abbeville oder zur Baie der la Somme. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Gastgeber und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :-)

Wunderschönes Haus in absoluter Traumlage

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Oktober in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht. Das Haus war top ausgestattet. Wir hatten auch meine Eltern dabei. Die Treppe zum Haus ist tatsĂ€chlich etwas besonders, da die Stufen aus Holz und etwas uneben sind. Wenn man das aber weiß, kann man sich darauf einstellen. Ansonsten war im Oktober absolute Nebensaison, und im Ort schon nichts mehr los. Alle GeschĂ€fte und die meisten Restaurants hatten geschlossen. FĂŒr uns war das aber kein Problem. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder und wĂŒrden das Haus immer weiter empfehlen!

belle situation, magnifique vue on sent l'investissement et le gout du propriétaire déçu par contre par nettoyage insuffisant à notre arrivée heureusement pas de voisinage pendant notre séjour mais en cas d'occupation du chalet voisin risque de problÚme d'intimité (privacy) qui nous fait hésiter pour prochaine location

Super séjour dans cette belle residence au milieu des dunes et face à la mer

AprÚs deux périodes de confinement, ce séjour au milieu des dunes nous a fait beaucoup de bien. La maison est trÚs agréable, trÚs bien équipée et trÚs bien décorée. Nous avons eu de la chance avec la météo et avons bien pu profiter du jardin et de la terrasse. La plage immense et belle est propice aux belles et longues promenades, nombreuses dans la région. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Un lieu propice Ă  la contemplation et aux plaisirs de la mer

Cette maison Ă©tait d’une propretĂ© impeccable. Un de nous Ă©tait sujet aux allergies et n’a connu aucun problĂšme. Le lieu est dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t... une maison en bois face aux dunes qui s’étirent jusqu’à l’horizon. La mer et le calme. Un paradis en Baie de Somme.
