Casa Querencia offers six bedrooms with a comfortable configuration of four Queen bedrooms and two King bedrooms.

This arrangement works especially well for families, couples traveling together, groups of friends, and multigenerational vacations, providing guests with comfortable private sleeping spaces while keeping everyone together within one exclusive villa.

- Casa Querencia may be offered in smaller bedroom configurations depending on group size and availability.

- Regardless of the number of bedrooms included in your reservation, the villa remains completely private and exclusive to your group and is never shared with other guests. Bedrooms not included in the selected configuration remain closed and unoccupied.

—IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY

• For last-minute reservations made within 60 days of arrival, housekeeping service is provided every other day. Additional housekeeping may be arranged for $25 per day through your host.

• There is no guest access to the villa's laundry facilities. Our housekeeping team can assist with personal laundry during your stay.

• Optional private chef service may be arranged through the Escape Villas concierge and guest services team. Food and beverages are additional.

• A refundable $400–$500 cash security deposit, depending on group size, is required at check-in to cover potential damage or missing items.

• All published rates include mandatory fees. No hidden fees.
