The kitchen, though small; is well equipped with cooking utensils, dining ware and appliances, there is bar style seating to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine whilst cooking. Glass doors lead onto a shaded, tiled terrace with tropical jungle views. This outside living area has a gas grill, comfortable chairs and a wooden table and chairs for four...perfect for tropical dining!
The Master Suite is located on the first floor, this is a spacious, light and airy room with a King size bed. This room has both AC and ceiling fan. Glass doors lead onto a private terrace...perfect for star gazing and monkey spotting. This level has hardwood floors throughout, spacious wooden closets (with built in safe) and attractive full en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is downstairs; please note that this is a very small bedroom; but it has AC, fan and a comfortable full bed. There is a full bathroom with shower on the downstairs level also.
The house has a fabulous sunny communal pool located in tropical gardens a few minutes walk from the house. There are sun loungers and a shaded area for relaxing with patio furniture. White faced, and squirrel monkeys visit the area regularly, as well as sloths and tropical birds.
This home offers the best value for a 2-bedroom rental home in the area. Enjoy a tropical, clean, comfortable space whilst not breaking your budget.
