Jungle Glory Home Arriba (upper) shares an acre of land with the original Jungle Glory Home, with both homes maintaining complete privacy for your stay. The estate is bordered by a wildlife preserve connected to Manuel Antonio National Park. Jungle Glory Home Arriba is well-suited for families. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large ceramic patio, a jungle viewing deck, and a large zero-entry pool. It's a gorgeous, stylish home! The one-acre property sits on the edge of Manuel Antonio National Park, with two sides of the protected jungle. Due to its proximity to the park, a multitude of wildlife, including many of the country's exotic birds, visit daily. Jungle Glory Home Arriba is on the upper part of the property, with a viewing deck where you can sip your morning coffee and let nature entertain you. Jungle Glory Home Arriba is located at the top of the property, just inside the gate. The property manager, Chris, will greet you at the house upon arrival. For after-hours arrivals, keys will be left in the lock box at the entry gate. Hello, I am Andria, the owner of Jungle Glory Homes. While I'm your first point of contact, my property manager, Chris, is your primary contact in Costa Rica. Chris will personally greet you at the house for check-in and ensure all your needs are met. Utilizing Chris as your primary resource is essential since I don't live in Costa Rica. Three men, William, Rogelio, and Viajo, will be working on the property until January 2025. They are completing some infrastructure projects, which include a small dwelling for my occasional visits, an extensive security and privacy fence, and some water drainage updates. Property maintenance is critical to the estate's soundness, safety, and continued beautification. Viajo comes by the homes briefly in the mornings to sweep, weed, and do light grounds maintenance.
