「Excellent place to stay」

「The room was pleasant and always clean for us after a long day. Breakfast was always on the table before we showed up to the table. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A 10 min walk away from the Plaza de Armas, quite place if you like to stay away from the noise. 」

「The rooms are extremely quiet and luxurious. The spa was not run well — no one was there. The breakfast was amazing, but the restaurant's service was on the slow side. The neighborhood is in the business district and boring.」

「Massive bed, gorgeous views from the terrace, almost missed the mountains, a true not being able to see the woods for the trees moment. Excellent breakfast with loads if hummingbirds if youre lucky. The staff were very kind to lend us a corkscrew and glasses and let us drink our bottle of wine on the terrace in the evening. 」

「We love our stay here. The staff was really friendly, super nice quite place.」

「This is excellent small hotel near city center. Just no negatives at all. We stayed three nights and wished we could stay more. Restaurant and bar is on the roof. Cool at night but gas heaters make it comfortable. Good views in the morning at breakfast. Food is good, nice selection and staff are attentive. We take this opportunity to single out Nikole (sp?) at reception for helping us with a variety of questions and making us feel welcome. Good job Nikole !」

「Una estadía inolvidable Nuestra experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. El personal destacó muchísimo: siempre amables, respetuosos y atentos, incluso adelantándose a lo que necesitábamos, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bien cuidados. El desayuno fue delicioso, variado y servido en una terraza con una vista espectacular a los volcanes, realmente un momento muy especial cada mañana. La propiedad es muy bonita, con habitaciones amplias, cómodas y súper limpias. Todo estuvo impecable....
