"Tuve una muy buena experiencia en Fiesta Inn Querétaro. Desde el momento del check-in el personal fue muy amable y eficiente, lo cual hizo que todo el proceso fuera rápido y sin complicaciones. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien equipada, ideal tanto para descansar como para trabajar. La cama muy confortable y el ambiente bastante tranquilo, perfecto para una estadía relajada."

"One word describes this property....WOW all in one resort never had to leave, extremely maintained property. Celebrated our 33 yr wedding anniversary here and will be back with our family. This place is the kind of place all of our family must see to enjoy ... pictures do not do justice. Food was great, beer great, cocktails great, staff extremely friendly!!"

"the rooms are a little outdated, no mini fridge to keep some drinks and the tv and the internet where slow. Just and okay place. "

"This hotel is noticeably smaller compared to others in the area. Although the room was clean and well-maintained, the space felt quite limited for two people. Some amenities did not meet regular standards—for example, there was no bottled water in the room. Additionally, upon arrival, the front desk staff was somewhat rude, which affected the first impression. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent, with multiple options that were fresh, tasty, and well prepared. This was definitely the highlight of the stay. Overall, while there were aspects I appreciated, the room size and initial service experience make me unsure if I would choose this hotel again."

"Cercano a central de autobuses y centro de convenciones. Personal muy atento, fácil check in. Estacionamiento tiene pocos lugares, pero se puede uno estacionar enfrente en la calle, como es una calle cerrada, parece seguro. Desayuno incluido es básico pero adecuado. Área no es fail de maniobrar a pie, requiere uno de auto. Satisfecha con mi estancia. "

"The property in general is very clean. The room I stayed in was very clean however the couch was light color fabric and looked very stained other than that all was good. The public areas such as the gym, pool area, lounge area, pool table and ping pong table and lobby they were all clean and neat. The staff was always friendly and willing to assist when needed. The Internet signal was very poor, not enough signal to watch tv though. "
