We picked this property because it is a Hilton brand hotel. Hotel is showing it’s age. Clean but probably won’t stay here my next trip back to QRO. All in all it was fine good coffe place 2 doors down.

No water pressure at all in the shower. Room heavily smelled as cleaners and was not at all what you would expect from a Hilton property. If I had not checked in so late, I would have definitely changed hotel.
I would expect a full reimbursement

Es la segunda vez que reservo en ma cadena y solo confirmo que no me agrada, no entiendo porque las ventanas no se abren. Entiendo que son hoteles de servicio para ejecutivos, sin embargo en esta ocasión en Queretaro ofrecían alberca techada. Que fue la principal razon de la reserva. Al hablar al hotel para confirmar mi resrbaxiom jamás se me informo que esta estaba en mantenimiento situación que me molesto bastante pues viajaba con mi hija. Le hice el comentario a la recepcionista y le dije que era obvio que si viajaba con una niña pues la alberca era importante. Su respuesta fue "pues sera obvio para usted para nosotros no". Conozco el ramo soy Licenciada en turismo y la verdad me sorprendió mucho su respuesta. Que triste que una cadena como esta no prepare a su personal para un mejor trato al final no es que yo tenga la razon, es que este es un ramo de servicio jamas me porte grosera a pesar de que estaba molesta. En fin. No volveré.
