Honestly, I can’t believe that a hotel chain like Extended Suites offers this level of service. Point 1 - At arrival we were assigned a room, when we tried to enter the room it was already taken. The family members inside were already sleeping, they woke up and they started to insult and yell on us… obviously we were on shock and it was a big mess (imagine that), then the admin assigned us another room, after some terrible time facing all this. Point 2 - Room didn’t have enough blankets, we asked for them but they told us that they didn’t have enough ones —- we were 3 people. Point 3 - Toilet had a water liking, water was running all the time, I can’t imagine how many liters/gallons of fresh water were missed —- I tried to fix it. Point 4 - We were there for two nights, when we got back to hotel to take the second night we found that the room wasn’t clean, the beds weren’t done, and the towels were the same we left them —-however we found an envelope that says “Thanks for your tip, your housekeeper” —- hahaha imagine that!!!
