Zen Hotel in the Middle of Queretaro City Center

I would definitely stay at Hotel Criol. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location and the area was very quiet and peaceful. The bed and the pillow were very comfortable. Beautiful property.

Clean nice place. Area ia great. Perfect area to go shopping, drinking, and lots of historical places near by. Only thing that would change is to have trashcan in the room. Overall very comfortable place.

The property was modern, quiet and well kept. Their staff was beyond kind and helpful (no fork delivered with your food via uber eats? No problem - they came to my rescue). Weekend brunch was lovely, and loved having someone at the front desk at all hours.

It was absolutely beautiful, confortable and fresh. I loved the library and the swimming pool. There is not an included valet parking so you would need to be lucky to find a spot in the block or pay for a parking lot 1 block away (there is a discount for Hotel guests)
