Podrían mejorar.

El lugar es agradable y muy céntrico, la alberca no estaba funcionando y muy sucia, las toallas muy viejas y luídas, solo nos dieron dos cobijas muy ligeras y hacía mucho frío. El estacionamiento es para solo 8 unidades cuando tienen 20 habitaciones. El personal sí es muy amable.

El general todo bueno, aunque hay detallitos como el que no cuenta con closet (y el lugarcito que dejas no hay tuvo para cplgar ropa), y sin cortinas black out y el sol entra desde las 6am por lo cual no descansas

Es un lugar cómodo si vas a una boda, porque está céntrico, la habitación es espaciosa, limpia y cómodas las almohadas y la cama. Para los niños está padre porque tiene cama elástica, alberca y mesas para jugar o comer en el jardín. La comida en el restaurante está rica.

Me cambiaron de hotel el día que llegue ya que me dijeron que no había lugar y me pasaron a un hotel hermano. No fue de mi agrado el cambio debido a que buscaba algo más rústico y además mis conocidos estaban ahí y es una de las razones que lo escogimos.

Estuvo muy bien, el hotel es bonito. Tienen un restaurante donde venden una barbacoa genial. Hacen masajes, el personal es amable.

No nos respetaron la reservación porque se les lleno el lugar y nos mandaron a un "hotel hermano" que parecía más motel y realmente al ser dos mujeres nos sentimos muy inseguras y decidimos no quedarnos ahí pues había muchos detalles que te hacen desconfiar. Lo mínimo es una estrella pero no les daría ninguna.

Chinches en cama , no tenían ni reserva y me querían cambiar de hotel , la luz tenía fallos, la ropa de cama estaba sucia, la cortina de baño era una bolsa de plástico, la TV no tenía señal, el cortinero está en mal estado, cortinas rotas

El hotel tiene mucho potencial, el personal muy bien… ubicación fenomenal, es un hotel de 2 estrellas… quizás con algunos arreglos que no son muy complicados y no tan caros pudiera tener más estrellas… el olor en el cuarto fue ligeramente molesto pero ventilando el cuarto y perfumando Disminuyó… creo que el olor venía de las coladeras aún que estaban tapada en la ducha… pero en general el espacio está muy bien…
