GREAT LOCATION
This is my second time staying at this property. I chose it again because of familiarity and the location and the awesome service of Evelyn! The host response is excellent. This time i stayed in studio Luna which is on the first floor. If i stayed at this property again, i would stay in the unit on the second floor. I didn't like that the bottom unit was right next to the laundry area and and a common sitting area. the doors are all glass and only covered by a curtain, so if the curtain isn't position right and someone is sitting out in the common area, they can see you so i feel it lacked privacy. i felt safe for the most part but would feel safer if the doors were regular doors and not glass. if someone were to breach the property from the street, they could easily smash the doors and enter. other than that, i i would consider the second floor Studio Sol (where i stayed a few years ago) and for a short stay. otherwise the property is very nice and on a small quiet street that is a dead-end so no through traffic.
