“Flat was supposed to be 71m2 but it felt much smaller than that ; the “duplex” is just an attic and you almost can’t stand up there . This attic is also incredibly warm and you will suffer from heat already at 25 degrees outside. Very disappointed. Bathroom and kitchen were ok. The neighbourhood is isolated and you can’t buy anything without driving 10mn.”
