  • We’ve created a space dedicated to our guests, where they can relax and enjoy themselves just like at home—in a luxury apartment with all the amenities, located in the most exclusive area of Xela, with breathtaking views. Close to shopping centers, restaurants, and the Mexican consulate.

    We offer Wi-Fi, self-check-in, a gym, games, and a terrace with a view of the volcano.

    We’d like to let you know that the next phase of the building is under construction 🚧, which sometimes causes noise that we can’t avoid, but we’ve taken precautions and have left two pairs of sealed earplugs in the first-aid kit for your comfort.

This is a great and clean property felt like it was my home. Host communicated effectively always answered any questions I had and was able to accommodate to my needs. It was a safe and local to the city of xela lots of shopping places nearby. Great amenities such as gym roof top terrace, workplace station and excellent WiFi. Right now where I stayed there was construction and so it was loud early in the morning and late evenings. There is no air conditioning while the place is not hot personally would have loved a small fan but if you leave the window open it helped with a breeze. Overall I recommend this location for family friends etc. and I would stay here again for future visits.
