“This place was brand new, We may have been the 1st to stay in it. Clean neat everything needed was provided.Location was a bit off the beaten path.”

“Overall, the place was nice and had everything I needed. They didn’t know I booked on Vrbo, but I think that was because it was their first time listing on it so were not used to checking it. Once they looked, everything was sorted out right away.Next to a indoor soccer gym so noises until around 11 PM, but then got quiet.”

“Access to the private dock, bonfire, and easily accessible by tuk tuk! We had to look for tuk tuks that did not have San Juan on the front to take us as they wanted to charge 20Q per person but we got them down to 15Q, in the end we just ended up telling one which exit it was and it worked out great! We had the best time and would definitely visit again!”

“There was cockroaches, it says fit up to eight people but beds only for 4, one bed impossible to use, I paid for two nights but stay only for one and left, parking is another payment extra because offer parking included but payment is required and is 100 meters away hard to carry luggage ”

“It is a lovely apartment with an incredible view. As it is part of a hotel, one can have all the amenities, like room service or a restaurant in-house, where one can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the lower ground floor there is also a bar. It is right on the lake, where one can swim. There is also a pool. It is a 5 min drive away from the town Panajachel, where again, one has a lot of shops and more restaurants. “It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive.”

“Nice property located very close to the pier and the shore. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the best location to stay. We were given earplugs on arrival but we didn’t need them, we were able to sleep well with the music. Internet was ok, most of the time unstable signal. We ended going to nearby restaurants with Starlink to complete some work. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and with beautiful views of the lake.
