The complaints we had were the mattress was very uncomfortable and the the Wi-Fi did not work in the room as well as the TV station broadcasts which went in and out (possibly due to storms) Did not appreciate seeing an adult TV choice as an option in a gamily hotel. No complementary hot water for tea or coffee, only water in the lobby. Not much of a snack bar. Very close to the college campus, which was nice. Ask for a……

“Great parking close to highway,lot’s of shopping and food places,Walmart is about a five minute drive you can see it from hotel, Staff was good except I was charged for my room before I even checked in ,I was not happy about that.because I wanted to put it on another card.that never happened to me, When I asked her to fix this she said she could not, to wait till I checked out.no problem. To me that is a big problem.like why was I charged before I got there I arrived around 2 fourty five so……

“The room was not cleaned very well. There was a huge pile of dust/fur/hair in the middle of the floor when we walked in. The bathroom was not clean at all. The tub was old and dirty. The floor had brown stains on it and the counters were clearly not wiped down very well. I would not recommend this place at all. There are plenty of other options in town.”

“My husband and I stay here every year because I participate in the Luray SwimFest at Lake Arrowhead. Although we don't golf, the course and facilities always seem to be well-used, and guests appear to really enjoy them. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the hotel staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
