「Cuando llegue ai con mi numero de reserva pagada me dijeron que la reserva no existe. Perdi dinero por siete dias de reserva que no fueron reembolsados. Tengan cuidado con este hotel son ladrones y no reenbolsan su reserva. No lo usen. Los atendientes son mal educados e ignorantes.」

「This was the best place I could have chosen for my week long visit to Valparaiso! Set atop a small hill a mile south of Sotomayor Square the guest house is in a more quiet neighborhood. This area is convenient for visiting the UNESCO areas, but much more peaceful and safe for walking around. The room (I chose #3) had a view of the garden/ courtyard and was always cool and comfortable even in the hot weather. 「I was disappointed by some of the staff who although knew well that we were tourists and did not reside in Chile, still went ahead and charged us government tax of about 90.00 USD. They then refused to reverse it and told us to go to customs at the airport and ask them to reverse it. The customs refused. There were some staff members that were nice and helpful in other ways but this tax issue made our experience so negative.」

「Cutest hotel I’ve been in. Love the room and decor. Location is up the hill so be prepared to climb if you walk. Uber would be a good option but we walked. Breakfast was simple. Staff were excellent. Google maps showed the correct location but announced we had arrived when we were still 1min away. Hotel is mostly below street level and not easy to see.」
