「Perfect stay for the night. Communication was great and property was clean and had everything we needed.」

「Absolutely spotless, gorgeous place with everything we needed and more. We felt very safe and completely comfortable throughout our stay. The beds were especially comfortable and the temperature was perfect, making it easy to relax and feel at home.Perfectly located for access to the T—about a 20-minute walk to the Red Line, and for the days we didn’t feel like walking, the town bus directly across the street made getting there effortless. Because of the convenient transit access, we didn’t need...

「No hot water because of it flooded the basement. It smelt like black mold and」

「Everything is in excellent condition; it is comfortable and in an excellent location.」

「Propre, nous avions tout ce qu’il faut pour la cuisine. Très agréable d’être aussi près de l’eau. Nous avons passé un bon moment!」

「JENNY, OUR AGENT WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS OTHER THAN THERE WERE NO TELEVISIONS IN EVERY BEDROOM. PERHAPS THAT SHOULD BE LISTED. MY TEENAGERS BROUGHT THERE GAMING SYSTEMS AND COULDN'T CONNECT TO A TV, EXCEPT IN THE LIVING ROOM. OVERALL, I CAME WITH A PARTY OF 14 AND THERE ARE ENOUGH BEDS FOR EVERYONE TO SLEEP COMFORTABLY. AND, THE HOUSE IS SPACIOUS. WE PLAN ON RENTING AGAIN WHEN WE RETURN TO QUINCY.」

「Great location near the Red Line, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend!」

「We had such a nice stay here for a trip to Boston. The location is extremely convenient with easy access to the red line. Only positive things to say about the house and our stay!」

However, I feel they should be shared so they can be addressed for future guests. The house itself was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the three full bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The only minor complaint was the inexpensive cooking utensils.Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our...

「This property is very comfortable, pretty and clean. It’s conveniently located so that we could drive or hop the Red Line into Boston without any trouble. Jenny checked in with us during our visit to make sure we were okay. We really enjoyed our time there.」

「Wow, nothing to say except wow! A very pretty house, well decorated, everything in its place. Nothing is missing. I highly recommend it and thank the owner a thousand times over.」

「Great and well maintained condo. Very close to the T station.」

「Location - excellent」

「The place looked pretty much just like the pictures. It was clean and well organized. We enjoyed our stay for the most part, the biggest issue came from our final night. The apartment downstairs is also rented out, however it is through another owner. They were playing music so loud we could feel it vibrating the floor and we could hear the lyrics to the music no problem. They also were screaming at each other over the music and had a child yelling. The noise was already going on by the time we...
