"Surrounded by a National Park with privacy plus. The only thing we couldn't seem to access was the internet connection from the main house and tried multiple times at that spot... but wouldn't accept the password we were given. But didn't worry too much as we had our music and boom box, plus was able to work out accessing the DVD's on TV. It truly brought us back to our times before we even had phones, and was able to catch up on our sleep and recharge ourselves in the magnificent grounds and cottage for the weekend. Thank you!!! "Our stay was a family celebration with 8 children ranging from 13 to 6 years old and 10 adults. Stonebarn is spacious and well designed for a large group. It provided a perfect environment for the kids to enjoy the indoor spaces (a favourite place being around the grand piano) and the beautiful outdoors (particularly the river access). Great for the adults with individual suites , relaxing areas and a large well equipped kitchen."

"No easy chairs to relax on, only fold up chairs in the kitchen area. A sewerage smell like dirty drains. The retic came on at 7.30 in the morning waking us up as it was hammering against the outside wall and not going over the plants. The kettke the tap to fill up. No instructions on how to work the TV. Very tight parking area for our chalet. Glad the night we had there was for a necessary event in town and not part of a holiday"

"If you plan on sleeping in past 4am you won't plus people in front balcony rooms smoke and the smell goes through the place, showers terrible and the beds not comfortable at all. Wouldn't stay again."
