「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」

「The price i payed for the room here was way cheaper than any other hotel in town. The desk staff is super friendly and go above and beyond for the comfort of their guests. The pool was very clean and the temperature was great, they also provide pool toys and accessories for the little ones. Every future trips i plan for heber city will be spent at this hotel. I loved this place so much! 」
