“Awesome location. A bit of a walk from downtown Sintra but it had a big public parking lot right next door. We parked the car and walked downtown and to all of the castles. The room was extremely small but it was all we needed. Try "pasta de nata" frim the coffee shop next door......amazing!”

“This place was absolutely charming with lots of characteristics!! We stayed 2 nights in the room 'Moon River'(queen size bed). The room was very clean, spacious and with lovely big windows. We appreciated the attention in the small details. Breakfast was great and met our needs (cold and hot options). The location was excellent and walking distance (15min) to old town of Sintra (keep in mind you're on a mountain so lots of hills/steep climbs). Plenty of free street parking in the "loop", but if……

“For the high price we paid, I was hoping to get a clean room. We got only 1 towel pp, non a face towel, or a bath floor towel mate. Instead there was a plastic mate in the bath, and another plastic mate when you get out from the bath. It seems it was dirty and oily when our clean legs caused black stains on the floor. Also the window shutter is broken. Looks like a bad maintenanced place”

“Housekeeping was excellent. A warmed bathroom floor was a treat.”

“Very nice property. A little far from historic city centre if you are thinking of walking. Great atmosphere! Although we did do it and I am not in very good shape :) wish AC was a little colder. ”

“The hotel service is generally ok and breakfast is good. The only thing we found inconvenience is there is no shower room or enclosed area for bath or shower. We booked a room accommodation for 4 persons. There is a bathtub not far from the bed and there is no door or blind. Basically the room inside has no privacy for a group of 4 to stay. Fortunately, we only stayed 1 night and can take shower after we moved to the next hotel. ”

“Top sauber, extrem ruhig, viele liebevolle Details und Einrichtungen im ganzen Hotel zu entdecken. Im Zimmer haben wir uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt und den gepflegten Garten und Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Ganz besonders war das Personal, so herzlich, persönlich und professionell. Wir kommen wieder!”

“Amazing place to stay! The rooms are beautiful, actually the whole place is! The beds are probably the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. Its all the little details that make this place so incredible. The artwork, the decor, the homemade breakfasts. The owners and staff were super nice! The vila is in the small town of Colares and is a short drive into Sintra. We wanted to stay near Sintra, but wanted to avoid the crowds and Vila Vitorino was perfect! Great price for what you get, if we ever……
