「The hotel was very good. Clean, everything in good condition. Linens, bath and bed sufficient and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Reception staff spoke English. Breakfast was eggs to order and plenty of other things that support. Couple of things should be noted. First: the hotel is a bit difficult to get to and taxis may not take you all the way to the hotel. If the taxi will not go all the way I suggest to go to the Plaza San Blas and then you walk from there. It’s not a long walk....

「Excellent stay at Cities of the World! Julia was an amazing host...so helpful. Great location. Very close and walkable to several markets, restaurants and laundry services. Julia has a massage therapist- Isabelle and Roxanne that came to our room. We had very relaxing massages. Only about a 10 min walk to Plaza de Armas which is a typical puckup point for the tours. 」

「對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！」

「Great colonial hotel in a good location. It was close enough to walk to the main square and restaurants but far enough away from them to be quiet. It has a beautiful inner courtyard with a garden. The balcony was nice for sitting to enjoy the view of the City. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. They provided a heater since it was a little cold at night. The water in the shower took a minute to get hot but it was nice pressure and hot. The breakfast was amazing - fresh hot food with...

「Hampton Cusco is conveniently located next to Wanchaq train station. The staff are very friendly and always put on the brightest smile. The room is spacious and clean. My room also got a pretty nice view too. The breakfast has decent selection of hot and cold items, with 2 hot dishes rotating daily. I enjoyed my stay overall.」
