The first time we were told that they didn’t have us listed in that building however they did show we were booked so they put us in another building that was supposed to be similar. "When we arrived, the pillows in the room were dirty, and there was no hair dryer for my wife. I called the manager, and they changed them. They don't change towels or make the bed—nothing like that during your stay. If you have a movie app, you're fine; otherwise, there are no local channels to watch."
