A manor house dating back to 1900 and several adjoining buildings give home to 8 independent apartments. Your Suite is located in one of the adjoining buildings of the manor house, designed for a unique living experience. The modern style independent apartment is carefully decorated and equipped with amenities without loosing the antique charm. A breeze from the Panecillo hill provides fresh mountain air and you sit outside, surrounded by flowers and enjoy the sunny Ecuadorian climate.
An ample common area with gazebo, hammocks and BBQ invites to interact with the other guests in our condominium.
Suite Lagarto ( 48 m2 ) is one of our two medium sized Suites of the 8 apartements. There is a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 190 cm) and a bathroom. The Suite also has a nice private terrace. Free WiFi internet access, room service once a week is included and laundry service is available at extra charge of 10U$ per load.
