"Place was very clean and had everything we needed. The floor plan was good for multiple families, with bedrooms and bathrooms spread out. The kitchen table and sofa were very large and comfortable, great places for hanging out. The domes were too hot to be in during the day, and were a little too dirty to see well out of at night. The workout room was a hit with the kids. The AC worked excellently. The neighborhood was super quiet. The long driveway is a dirt road and a bit steep. It was no problem for our SUV but I wonder how easily a car could get up in the rain. This was a great place to stay, we’d stay there again."

"We had a lovely stay. The duck pond was peaceful, the house was very comfortable, and we loved the coffee bar. The air conditioner was loud while sitting in the upstairs area, but it worked very well. We enjoyed our time there."

"We had a wonderful time in Cottonwood. We weren't at the house a whole lot but when we were, the pool and hot tub were the highlight of the night! The house had everything we needed and very comfortable for the 4 of us. Thank you again! We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone in the area!"
