「The staff was friendly and willingness to help」

「we had a bad experience we were not allowed to enter unless we pay again, we already paid in full thru online but it's not honored by the new management ,,there's a problem in booking between old and new management, think twice guys before you enter into any transactions otherwise you'll be the next victim ,it's disgusting ruined the birthday celebration of my daughter!」

「整體很好； 不過淋浴間的地板傾斜方向是錯的，導致洗完澡後地板會積水，建議修整地板改善排水功能，房號823」

「was good experience overall」

「Great food service they can adjust to your preference.. Nonetheless the Hotel was not to be expected as a Five star hotel, but you can stay for comfort due to its location near business district.」

「Our room was perfect. The staff was above and beyond helpful, friendly and polite.」

「Far and dirty」

「Madie’s place is a nice, chill place to stay. We had the whole place to ourselves because of having 8 people. It is an older place with all the rooms but one on the third floor and all bathrooms on the first so keep that in mind when booking because it’s not convenient and might be an issue for older people and young children. Besides that the only other negative is the condition and size of the bathrooms, very small besides one of them and old and dirty looking. The host was amazing her name...

「酒店设施一般但是服务真的是一流好，住的舒心就是王道。位置嘛离SOLANAD 不远，有很多吃饭的地方。」

「The room wasn't indentificated properly , got the wrong kind of room 」

「Was ok」
