The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with 4 hot plates, a microwave, and a freezer, providing everything needed for self-catering stays. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. Guests can enjoy both a balcony and a roofed terrace of 10 m2, complete with terrace furniture and beautiful views of the sea and the swimming pool.
