“My first impression was that getting there was a little creepy! From the main 'lane' of the medina, you turn down a narrow lane, then in about 15 or so yards you turn again into A VERY narrow lane without much light. Finally, you see the small sign on the wall for Riad Lily. Whew!
Once inside, it's very nice. A small salon area where you have breakfast. We stayed in a room adjacent to this area. Again, I was a little bothered that there are NO outside windows! Then I realized:Dummy, you……

“We appreciate big helps from the owner of this riad. One of us got sick and had a fever. The owner gave us a favor to purchase medicines and provided a lot of heated water and teas to us. This riad was decorated with classical Islamic sculptures and furnitures. Each bed was equipped with electric heating blanket which made our sleeping very comfortable. Don't miss rooftop terrace with stunning sunset and medina view.”
