It has a spacious living/dining area with a double bed, a sofa bed and functionally equipped kitchen, which radiates Mediterranean charm through its large arched windows, and a bathroom.The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and TV. A washing machine is also available to use, shared with another apartment. From your large balcony you can watch the hustle and bustle on the streets with a glass of wine and experience Italian flair up close. Due to the central location you can reach restaurants, bars and shopping facilities in less than 5 minutes on foot. The beach Spiaggia di Capilungo is 7,3 km away and can be reached in 15 minutes by car.



Parking spaces are available on the street. Pets are allowed (on request, at extra charge). Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
