「Very disappointing experience and far below the standard of hospitality we expected from a five-star hotel. We paid over ₹20,000 for our stay from August 16–19. I specifically chose Sayaji so my 70-year-old father, 65-year-old mother, and 15-year-old son would be comfortable while I was away. Around 1:00 AM, my son suffered a severe allergic reaction following what appeared to be a bug/insect bite at the hotel. He has a severe sensitivity to bug bites, and the reaction caused significant health...

「It is a poorly maintained property. Not at all as shown in the pictures. Rooms esp the balconies and toilets were not clean. Common area on 2nd floor has a leaky ceiling and water all over the place. Secondly, we had dinner at the restaurant and they didn't have most of the dishes on the menu. Even the same dish ordered twice has different taste. Only good thing was that the staff was good and showers had good hot water I am pretty certain we are not visiting this place again.」

「Horrible Experience....We booked two rooms for 25th Dec in advance. The receptionist Sambit also confirmed the booking at his end. When we reached on the 25th Dec to our shock we came to know there was no booking reserved, when checked with Sambit he conveniently denied any communication but when we showed him our call details he acknowledged he did confirm the booking. They had overbooked the property and we were provided an option to another property which was around 10km away from the...
