"Check in was confusing. The door was unlocked but no one there. Called the number posted on the door and after 20 rings- someone answered we’ll be right there. Person showed up in boxers and tank to check us in. Room was cool, however curtains didn’t cover the windows all the way- one bed squeaked anytime you moved and getting into the shower in the morning revealed how filthy to floor was. Literally saw muddy footprints."

"It was exactly like the photos. It had everything we needed for our stay and Natasha was great answering our questions. The place also have a outdoor pool and two hot pools, We would for sure stay there again if we go back to Radium."
